  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Listings & User Content

  • You are responsible for the content you list (titles, descriptions, images, prices, and category selection).
  • Do not list misleading, illegal, or infringing content.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

You grant ChikShuk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

You must not use ChikShuk to buy, sell, or exchange illegal or restricted items, or engage in fraud, harassment, or unsafe behavior. See Prohibited items for more.

5. Safety

Local exchanges carry risk. Use common sense and follow our Safety tips. If you feel unsafe or believe a crime has occurred, contact local authorities immediately.

  • We do not verify user identities, item condition, or transaction details.
  • You are responsible for your interactions and agreements with other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChikShuk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform.

We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of ChikShuk after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
