This list is intentionally strict. We may remove content that appears unsafe or suspicious even if it isn’t listed below.

1) Weapons & weapon parts

• Firearms, ammunition, magazines, suppressors/silencers.
• Gun parts (frames/receivers), ghost-gun kits, 3D-printed weapon parts.
• Explosives, fireworks, detonators, black powder.
• Switchblades, ballistic knives, brass knuckles, tasers/stun guns where restricted.

2) Drugs, controlled substances & drug paraphernalia

• Illegal drugs and drug sales of any kind.
• Prescription medication, controlled substances, and unverified medical products.
• Drug paraphernalia intended for illegal use.

3) Adult sexual content & services

• Pornographic content, explicit sexual services, or adult sexual products intended for stimulation.
• Sexual exploitation content or anything involving minors (will be reported).

4) Hate, harassment, violence, and extremist content

• Hate symbols, extremist propaganda, or content promoting violence against people or groups.
• Threats, harassment, or doxxing.

5) Stolen goods & illegal services

• Stolen property, “too good to be true” bulk goods, or items with removed/altered serial numbers.
• Hacking services, counterfeit documents, stolen accounts, or bypass tools.
• Illegal services or instructions for wrongdoing.

6) Counterfeit & IP-infringing items

• Counterfeit designer goods, replica products, fake branded items.
• Pirated media, cracked software keys, illegal streaming devices.

7) Dangerous goods & hazardous materials

• Toxic chemicals, pesticides, poisons, unknown lab substances.
• Explosive, flammable, or reactive materials beyond normal household items.
• Recalled products that are unsafe to use (especially child items).

8) Financial scams & payment abuse

• Gift card “codes”, money transfers, pyramid/MLM recruitment disguised as listings.
• Requests for upfront deposits to “hold” an item with no in-person pickup.
• Any listing primarily designed to move money rather than exchange a real item.

9) Animals (restricted)

• Illegal wildlife, endangered species products, or animal trafficking.
• If you ever allow pets later, you’ll want a dedicated animal policy and category rules.

10) Personal data & surveillance

• Social security numbers, IDs, passports, or any personal data.
• Spyware, stalking tools, covert surveillance devices marketed for wrongdoing.

High-risk listings (often removed)

These categories are commonly abused. We may require extra details or remove listings that seem suspicious.

• Phones, laptops, and high-value electronics with vague descriptions.
• Brand-new bulk items with no proof of ownership.
• Tickets, vouchers, and digital goods.
• “Too cheap” luxury items or designer brands without clear photos.

Enforcement

• We can remove listings that violate this policy or appear unsafe.
• Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or termination.
• We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
